The USA office is located in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. Rex Lee Carlaw is the director of the USA office as well as being the Latin America Coordinator. The ACTION USA office has a number of full-time and part-time staff as well as missionaries who carry out their ministries in the USA. The USA office assists missionaries sent from the United States by processing their financial contributions, printing their newsletters, facilitating communication, providing recruitment and representation, and other services.     

The International Office is also at the Mountlake Terrace location. The International Director is Nelson Reed.

The office at Mountlake Terrace contains the Founder’s Office as well. This is where Doug Nichols can be found.

The ACTION USA office needs missionary representatives, a missionary secretary, and missionaries to assist with recruitment and representation.

The International Office needs an international ministries coordinator, an international children in crisis and street children ministries facilitator, a medical coordinator, MK care coordinators, and a research assistant.
